Packing is creating the appearance of a penis
in the pants. I don't pack, I find it feels weird so I avoid it
completely. However, I know most transguys pack. Rolled up socks
work, but for more realistic alternatives there are 'soft
packers' for appearance's sake. Soft packers can be found at
mango products.
For packing and urinating, I recommend

Dicks. For sex,
you'll need to look into dildos at your local sex store. The
most realistic looking penis is a prosthetic, I only know one
company that makes a realistic looking and working penis, that's
FTM Prosthetics. If you have the money, try that company.
